What are the timings?
Hub booking at Moosapet is open 24 hours. Hyderabad branches 10 AM to 9 PM, Andhra branches 10 AM to 8 PM.
Is pickup really free?
Yes – within Hyderabad city for parcel and business-account customers. Call the nearest branch or use the pickup form.
How do I get a rate?
WhatsApp 73311 73391 with what you are sending (boxes, approximate weight) and the destination. We reply within working hours.
What documents do I need?
For goods above Rs.50,000, an e-way bill and invoice. For personal parcels, your phone number and the receiver's name and number are enough.
Who collects the parcel at the destination?
The receiver collects at the delivery branch with the LR number. Ask the branch about door delivery in your town.
What can I send?
Parcels and boxes, cartons, bundles and bags, machinery and spare parts, hardware, electrical goods, pharma and medical supplies, textiles, documents, two-wheelers, and part or full truck loads. Ask the branch if you are not sure.
How does a business account work?
For regular shippers billing Rs.50,000 or more a month. We pick up from your godown on schedule and send one GST invoice every month with LR-wise and plant-wise detail.
Do you transport bikes?
Yes. We pack the two-wheeler ourselves and deliver it to any of our branches. The rate depends on the destination.
